We do not “sell” personal information for money in the traditional sense.
However, under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA),
some sharing of identifiers and usage data with advertising and analytics partners
may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
As described below, you have the right to know whether we “sell” or “share” your personal information
and to opt out of any such “sale” or “sharing”.
6. Advertising, Attribution & Identifiers (IDFA/GAID/SKAdNetwork)

you can disable personalized ads or reset advertising IDs in your device settings.
Where required, we will show a consent dialog and only use personal data for advertising if you agree.

12. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps and Site are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16
(or a higher age where required by local law). If you believe a child has provided information to us,
please contact us so we can delete it.
13. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site for functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function properly without them.
For our Apps, similar technologies may be used by integrated SDKs for analytics, attribution, and advertising,
consistent with this Policy.
14. Our Servers, APIs & Endpoints
When you use the Apps, they communicate with our game backend services and infrastructure that we operate
or that are operated on our behalf by service providers and affiliates. These services are hosted on cloud
infrastructure and use domains, subdomains, and sometimes IP addresses controlled by us or our partners
(for example, game API endpoints under domains such as fairyscapesadventure.net, or cloud
servers identified by numeric IP addresses rather than human-readable hostnames).
These communications are used to provide core game functionality (such as loading game content, saving
progress, matchmaking, events, rewards, in-app purchases, security, and anti-fraud checks) and may
include the transfer of technical, device, and gameplay information as described in this Policy.
We may update or add servers, domains, subdomains, or IP-based endpoints over time as we improve or
change our infrastructure, service providers, or integrated SDKs. Any such use will remain consistent
with the purposes and practices described in this Privacy Policy.
15. App Permissions & Device / Other IDs
Our Apps may request certain device permissions and access certain identifiers in order to function properly,
support in-app purchases, show and measure advertising, and improve the game experience.
Depending on your device and operating system version, these may include the following categories:
-
Network access and connectivity
(e.g.,
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE):
required to connect to our game servers, cloud services, analytics, attribution, and advertising partners.
-
Advertising and attribution identifiers
(e.g.,
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID,
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID,
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION,
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS,
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_CUSTOM_AUDIENCE):
used by Google and other ad/measurement services to provide and measure ads and campaigns,
subject to your device settings and consent where required.
-
Billing and licensing
(e.g.,
com.android.vending.BILLING,
com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE,
com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE,
com.huawei.appmarket.service.commondata.permission.GET_COMMON_DATA,
com.samsung.android.mapsagent.permission.READ_APP_INFO):
used to process in-app purchases, verify licenses, and integrate with app store billing and reporting services
across different Android app stores (including, for example, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, and Samsung Galaxy Store).
We do not receive your full payment card data; payment is handled by the relevant store or payment processor.
Some permissions (such as the Huawei and Samsung-specific permissions) are included primarily to ensure compatibility
when the same build is distributed via those stores and do not give us unrestricted access to your device or accounts.
-
Push notifications and messaging
(e.g.,
com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE,
app-specific C2D message permissions):
used to receive push messages (for example, service updates or in-game events) via services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging.
You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
-
Foreground services, alarms, vibration, wake locks
(e.g.,
FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC,
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, VIBRATE, WAKE_LOCK):
used to keep the app responsive during certain tasks (such as syncing game data, delivering time-based rewards,
or displaying critical notifications) and to provide appropriate haptic feedback during gameplay.
-
Device or other IDs:
in addition to the advertising identifiers described above, our Apps and integrated SDKs may access or generate
device or other IDs such as app instance IDs, push tokens, install referrer IDs, and similar technical identifiers
used for analytics, attribution, security, and to operate the game.
We treat these identifiers as personal data where they can be linked to a user or device under applicable law.
You can manage many of these permissions and identifiers through your device settings
(for example, by revoking app permissions, resetting or limiting advertising IDs, or turning off notifications).
If you disable certain permissions, some features of the Apps may not function correctly.
16. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
- In-app: where available, use any in-app privacy or account settings to request deletion.
- Platform tools: use Apple/Google account privacy tools to request deletion related to apps installed via their stores.
-
Email: send a request to
joycreativegame@gmail.com
with (i) your country/region, (ii) the game title, (iii) your IDFA/GAID or other identifier if possible,
and (iv) your request description.
We will verify your identity and respond within the period required by applicable law
(typically 30–45 days), and may extend where permitted.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date”.
Your continued use of the Apps or Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
