Data Deletion & Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Data Deletion Request

You may request that we delete personal data collected through our mobile games or website. Please choose one of the following methods:

In-App: If available, use the in-app privacy settings or “Delete My Data” button.
Platform: Use your Apple or Google account privacy tools to request deletion for apps installed from their stores.
By Email: Send a message to xianvalue@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your country/region
- The game title
- Your advertising ID (IDFA or GAID) if possible
- Statement that you are requesting deletion of all personal data related to you

We will verify your request and respond within the time allowed by law (typically within 30–45 days).

2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA Opt-Out)

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but some advertising and analytics partners may use cookies or device identifiers to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of such “sale” or “sharing” by:

Disabling personalized ads in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
Using in-app consent dialogs (if available) to withdraw consent for personalized advertising.
Submitting a manual opt-out request via email to xianvalue@gmail.com.

If you are 13–16 years old, you may be required to provide affirmative authorization (opt-in) before we “sell” or “share” your information as defined by law.

3. Verification and Authorized Agents

For privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your request. If you use an authorized agent, that agent must provide written authorization from you, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.
